Kukbo is a general logistics company founded in 1953 and the year of 2022 will mark its 68th
anniversary as a company and 32nd anniversary as a Kospi-listed company.

The company will take the lead in bringing about innovations in Korea’s logistics industry by inventing a technology of sharing and analyzing logistics resources in real time using AI and IoT technology through the formation of an auto driving environment based on AI and advancement of the logistics industry.
Famous German golf wear company Bog International’s brand “Bogner” is operating a stable business
thanks to a growing golf player population. In particular, Bogner officially started a KF mask business following its launch of fashion masks in April 2000. The mask business attained FDA ASTM Level3 and Europe’s CE marking and is doing extensive marketing in collaboration with the German Headquarters of Bogner for future export to the US and Europe.
Also, Kukbo acquired the shares of Israeli/US Biotechnology company RedHill Biopharma in November
2021, making official its expansion into the bio & healthcare industry. Moreover, the company was granted the right of first negotiation in relation to distribution in Korea and major regions within Asia and thus, as a ‘Game Changer,” the company will endeavor to help end the Covid-19 pandemic by providing corona medicines in Korea as well as the rest of Asia. After the end of the pandemic, Kukbo will continuously expand into the bio & healthcare industry as a new up-and-coming business with a line-up of bio & healthcare products.
